Just like everyone else out there, I tried Bare Escentuals Bare Minerals powder foundation when it came out.  My friends raved about it, my facialist loved it, but sadly I just wasn’t impressed.  First off, it was messy. I couldn’t control how much product I wanted to get out and all the powder would fall into the top as soon as I threw it into my makeup bag.  Secondly, it made me greasy.  Like 3 hours after applying it, I would be a disaster. I eventually threw it into my “drawer of unusable makeup” and forgot about it. Until, this weekend.

I stopped by Sephora and saw Bare Minerals Matte foundation.  Since I’m a sucker for new products, I thought I might as well give it another shot.  I couldn’t be happier! They’ve changed the packaging so you can actually control the amount of powder you shake out AND you can close the top completely.  They have worked wonders on the formula too. It no longer makes me greasy AT ALL. Instead, it gives me the perfect coverage with a beautiful matte finish which has kept my skin looking fresh and bare from morning ’til night! It is now my go-to makeup, perfect for everyday.
