I’ve always liked Guiliana Rancic. She seems like a nice down to earth person and she and her hubby are a cute couple. I’ve always admired her figure too, until I read her blog on her diet secrets. There really is no secret to her thinness. It involves a lot of exercise and a super strict semi-starvation diet that is little more than grapefruit, steamed veggies, Kashi TLC bars and cayenne pepper laced water. While I commend her for admitting she works very hard to remain that thin (I’m sick of celebs who say, ‘oh, I just do yoga’), I love food too much to ever stick to a diet like that! What about you?
