Are you items authentic “and brand new”?
Absolutely and we guarantee it. All of our items are 100% brand new.  We only purchase our items directly from manufacturers or their authorized retail outlets.  All items come with their authenticity cards, dustbags and packaging as noted.  We do not purchase fakes and neither should you. Remember fakes are NEVER in fashion!

Can I return an item?
Yes!  We want you to be satisfied.  Please read our store policy section for more information.

I just saw a handbag on your site last week, but it’s not longer there.  Can I still buy it?
Unfortunately, no.  All of our current inventory is on our site.  Once it is sold out, it’s gone and not likely to return.

Do you ever have sales?
Sometimes.  Our pricing policy is to offer the lowest prices possible at all times.  However, check back frequently for special deals and exclusives!

Do you ship internationally?
Yes!  Please contact us for shipping rates to your country.

Do you charge for shipping?
Yes, we charge $10 for shipping anywhere in the United States.. International buyers please contact us for shipping rates.

Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax on handbags and accessories (not shoes) shipped to New Jersey addresses only.

What type of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  No personal checks, money orders or PayPal please.
