We charge $10 for shipping anywhere in the United States.

We do not charge sales tax on shoes, however handbags and accessories shipped to the state of New Jersey are subject to tax.

All of our items are purchased directly from the manufacturers or their authorized retail outlets. Our retail relationships and shopping acumen have given us access to some amazing deals and we are passing those along to you. All of our items are 100% authentic guaranteed. We do not sell fakes and you shouldn’t buy them either. Counterfeit items are not a victimless crime!: Fakes are NEVER in fashion!

All of our items are brand new and come with the manufacturer’s authenticity cards and dustbags.

We accept returns of unused, unworn merchandise with the Smart and Fabulous tag or sticker attached. Please contact us at Returns@smartandfabulous.com or at 877-549-3884 within 7 days if you wish to make a return and you will be given a return authorization number. Once you receive the return authorization number please note the number on the package and send the return back to us within 14 days. Please use insured shipping to return the item as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. We have the right to refuse returns that have been used or worn.

All of our current inventory is on our site. Once an item is sold it is highly unlikely it will return again. So if you see something you like act quickly, it may not be there tomorrow!
