This has got to be a joke. But it isn’t. Chanel has come out with temporary tattoos…. or as they like to call them, “temporary skin art.” I usually adore everything Chanel, but um, I just can’t see why anyone would want this!!!! I agree they looked cool at the Chanel 2010 S/S runway show, but in real life? you’ve got to be kidding me… Alas, if this is your thing- available for $75 @ chanel.com.
A lens recently popped out of my beloved Versace sunglasses and I found myself in Neiman’s looking for a replacement. I was all set to spend several hundred dollars and indeed had a pair of Chanel’s in my hand, when the saleswoman suggested I try a pair of Ray Bans. Ray Ban I thought? Yes, it’s expensive. But it’s Chanel so one would expect it. It IS hands down the best lipgloss I have ever used. I am talking about Chanel’s Glossimer Lipgloss. I love Chanel. I love makeup. And I am always on the go. So I was super excited to see Chanel come out with this fabulous travel cosmetic palette. I don’t like most travel palettes because I am really looking for something that does everything. Not just a bunch of eye shadows or lip glosses. I love Chanel.I really do. But it is waaay out my price range, not to mention my demographic! Marc Jacob’s single is very Chanel like, yet it doesn’t have the airs or the price tag of it’s inspiration. A nice size at 8″x10″x3″ and a nicer price at $625! Available at Neiman’s.
