I really think the LV Speedy is the most popular bag in NYC (yes, after the MJ Stam, and yes, both are seasons old, and yes the man knows his stuff!). I don’t think I can walk down a block or get on a subway without seeing at least 3 girls rocking their Speedy’s.  The good news for those of us who like to stay AHEAD of the trend. Good ole, Louis has come out with an updated version. There are two major things that make me like this bag WAY better than the traditional monogram or damier: 1) the colors!! With in-season colors like Sepia (beige/neutralish/chocolate), Fusian (pictured), Encre (gray/bluish/black) what’s not to like?! and 2) the SHOULDER STRAP! Those damn small handles always annoyed the hell out of me and with the great leather shoulder strap you can now finally lug around your bag in comfort! ADORE!

While flipping through a magazine recently, these sandals actually made me do a double take. (and then I drooled). I LOVE them. I must, MUST get them. These aptly named shoes (”Follow Me”) are adorable! I love the gold, I love the cut outs, I love the casual, yet dressy look. I can think of 5 out fits that will look great with these! Too bad it isn’t Spring yet!

I am OBSESSED with Louis’s Mahina line. OBSESSED! Not only did I covet it in a big way last year, but this season’s styles literally make me drool! I must must MUST get the Lunar PM bag in chocolate.  Yes, the color is quintessential YSL, dark black leather treated in a chocolate wash to produce an amazingly rich color that is somewhere between black and brown.  But the shape is 100% Louis Vuitton.  I cannot walk by a Louis store without going in and petting this bag.  Anyone out there want to get me a birthday present????
