I am a mascara junkie… I’ve tried almost every one from designer to drugstore. My problem isn’t necessarily that I don’t have length but my lashes are puny and thin. I want lashes that are long AND look like a thick fringe. My other wants? Must come in waterproof and regular formulas, not be too hard to apply, not have a watery consistency and no smudges!
