I just don’t get Marc’s (that’s Jacobs) Spring/Summer 2010 ad campaign. I love the fact that they are back to uses models (instead of celebs!) and I do think Jamie Bochert is a good choice (she was the model in all those Rodarte for Target ads), but TOILETS!? Really?! The use of toilets in no way makes me want to buy a bag, dress, or shoe! It just grosses me out! Sometimes I wonder why brands don’t focus test marketing on real people- and if they do, who the heck is in their focus group!? Do any of you kitties actually LIKE it?

I love Chanel.I really do. But it is waaay out my price range, not to mention my demographic! Marc Jacob’s single is very Chanel like, yet it doesn’t have the airs or the price tag of it’s inspiration. A nice size at 8″x10″x3″ and a nicer price at $625! Available at Neiman’s.

I’ve always wanted to rock some animal print, but never really found a good (read: CLASSY) way to do it that was appropriate for real life (read: NOT Vegas). BUT I’ve just pounced on the best purchase! Kitties, this adorable MARC by MJ leopard print skirt is gorg! I LOVE the way this skirt looks on. It does not look the least bit cheap (eventhough it’s totally affordable!) and I swear it will be perfect for work! (paired with a black slim fit button down kelly shirt from Jcrew, black tights and my black patent Jimmy MaryJanes!) Now I just have to practice my roar…
