Ok, so clearly I just can’t stop thinking about jewelry today! andddd I found something I must have that is actually within my budget! Leslie Greene makes the prettiest girliest baubles! I usually check her stuff out in magazines or high end department stores, but NOW you can buy her pieces online too! My personal favorite- The Renaissance Necklace- it’s simple, yet classy and has a good measure of ice thrown in to make it look a WHOLE lot more expensive than $350! Now this is a valentine’s day present to myself!

Man, why am I always in these dilemmas!?!?! I really want a gold locket.  They’re perfect for layering with a few other necklaces, and a great way to dress up a T-shirt! I’m so happy they are back in style! I found two worthy pieces… one is gold, will last forever, and $198… the other is metal, will probably just make it through the season, but is only $4.80! I mean for five bucks couldn’t I just buy another one if it breaks or turns black??? That’s cheaper than my daily skim latte?! But Lunessa is quality, I can get it engraved, it could be like something I’d wear all the time, right???  *Sighhhh… guess I still can’t make up my mind!

How cute is this?! A friend of mine was wearing a little vial full of what looked like gold nuggets and I just couldn’t get over: a) how simply adorable the necklace was!, b) the creative construction! (The top of the cork is attached to the end of the chain and acts as the necklaces closure) and c) how cheap it is! ($40!) Erica Weiner designs fab jewelry (at a great price! I mean really who wants to spend benjis on a “trend” piece?) and she offers this Vial Necklace with three different fillings- Animal (piece of amber with insect), Mineral (pieces of fool’s gold) and Vegetable (mix of organic seeds that can actually be grown for veggies!). At $40 this would be a great gift (send the boyfs the link, afterall Valentine’s Day is right around the corner!)
